Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior baking or culinary experience preferred
Ability to operate bakery machinery
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts to high-quality standards
Decorate cakes with an eye for detail and creativity
Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
Maintain bakery display cases and shelves, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels
Engage with customers to provide friendly service and answer questions
Collaborate with team members to meet store production and customer satisfaction goals
Follow food safety and quality control procedures consistently
