Job Requirements
- Minimum two years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation
- Knowledge of scaling proofing shaping production and baking of a variety of products using industrial bakery equipment
- Ability to follow specific instructions regarding company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of and experience working with dough in various stages mixes bread and frozen products
- Experience in following standardized recipes organizing and maintaining bakery workstations and knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation techniques
- Ability to correctly identify product and read production sheets
- Ability to prioritize work and execute tasks with speed efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and part of a team to complete orders and production
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service
- Must be able to speak read and write English and have accurate math skills
- Must maintain professional appearance demeanor and hygiene
- Must have reliable transportation and attendance
- Must pass baker screening test

Job Duties
- Scaling proofing baking and decorating a variety of products adhering to established standards and recipes
- Working with co-workers to ensure product quality and efficient productivity
- Maintain production and usage records as required
- Maintain high sanitary hygienic and safety standards and conditions
- General cleaning other food service duties and projects as requested by management
- Follow standardized recipes and safe food handling and sanitation techniques
- Comply with all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
