Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation
  • Knowledge of scaling proofing shaping production and baking of a variety of products using industrial bakery equipment
  • Ability to follow specific instructions regarding company policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of and experience working with dough in various stages mixes bread and frozen products
  • Experience in following standardized recipes organizing and maintaining bakery workstations and knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation techniques
  • Ability to correctly identify product and read production sheets
  • Ability to prioritize work and execute tasks with speed efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team to complete orders and production
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Must be able to speak read and write English and have accurate math skills
  • Must maintain professional appearance demeanor and hygiene
  • Must have reliable transportation and attendance
  • Must pass baker screening test

Job Duties

  • Scaling proofing baking and decorating a variety of products adhering to established standards and recipes
  • Working with co-workers to ensure product quality and efficient productivity
  • Maintain production and usage records as required
  • Maintain high sanitary hygienic and safety standards and conditions
  • General cleaning other food service duties and projects as requested by management
  • Follow standardized recipes and safe food handling and sanitation techniques
  • Comply with all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
