Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must comply with company policies and safety standards
Food handling experience or certification is a plus

Job Qualifications

Previous baking experience preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Eagerness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Ensure products meet highest quality, freshness, and safety standards
Interact with customers and provide excellent service
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Assist with inventory management and baking supplies
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
