Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow recipes and baking procedures accurately
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous baking experience is a plus but willing to train passionate candidates
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual appeal in all baked items
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, following food safety regulations
Monitor ingredient freshness and stock levels to ensure smooth production
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
