Job Requirements
- Some high school or equivalent education
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- Friendly customer service skills
- Availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to start early shifts around 2 am
- Ability to work alone while baking
- Physical ability to bend, stand, walk, and use hands repetitively all day
- Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to handle exposure to food and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to handle exposure to extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education or equivalent
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- Friendly customer interaction skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while baking
- Good physical stamina for repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Greet customers and prepare their orders using the Point of Sale system
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change accurately
- Prepare food neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and explain them to customers cheerfully
- Check products in prep area and restock items to ensure sufficient supply
- Adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and portion controls
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitization standards including date and temperature checks
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
