Job Requirements

  • Some high school or equivalent education
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
  • Friendly customer service skills
  • Availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to start early shifts around 2 am
  • Ability to work alone while baking
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, walk, and use hands repetitively all day
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to handle exposure to food and cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to handle exposure to extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while baking

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and prepare their orders using the Point of Sale system
  • Compute bills, collect payments, and make change accurately
  • Prepare food neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and explain them to customers cheerfully
  • Check products in prep area and restock items to ensure sufficient supply
  • Adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and portion controls
  • Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitization standards including date and temperature checks
  • Perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
