- Ability to understand and follow directions from others
- Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures
- Ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
- Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment
- Availability to work one weekend day

Job Duties
- Bake required recipes in an accurate and consistent method
- Ensure baked goods have an appealing finished product
- Confirm all products meet food safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Follow production schedules and manage baking times effectively
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and supervisors
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
