Job Duties
- Prepare dough for baking
- glaze pastries and apply icing
- assist in planning daily production with Bakery Sales Manager
- gather and measure ingredients accurately
- monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- provide courteous and helpful customer service
- maintain a clean and organized bakery workspace
