Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen or baking experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for measuring and inventory
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production schedules and guest demands
- Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed
- Assist in training new kitchen employees
- Adhere to company standards for food presentation and customer service
