Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen or baking experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Basic math skills for measuring and inventory
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations and equipment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production schedules and guest demands
  • Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed
  • Assist in training new kitchen employees
  • Adhere to company standards for food presentation and customer service
