- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy items
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties
- prepare and bake a high volume of bakery product according to Costco formulas
- follow recipes and production schedules to meet demand
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- ensure consistent quality and presentation of bakery items
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- assist with receiving and storing bakery ingredients and products
