Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or bread making preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts including lunch and dinner
- Basic understanding of food safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake focaccia bread and other bakery items to high standards
- Monitor dough fermentation and proofing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Innovate and experiment with new bread recipes and flavors
- Assist in inventory management of baking supplies
