- Prior experience in baking or related field preferred
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Must comply with company safety and sanitation policies
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Produce and decorate cakes and fancy desserts
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge
- Assist in stocking and replenishing bakery items
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
