Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior professional baking experience preferred
- availability for full time or part time schedules
- availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- ability to handle physical demands of baking work
- capability to maintain cleanliness and organize workspace
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- willingness to comply with safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and production standards
- assist with completion of production records including waste tracking and inventory
- ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and work area
- handle food items safely following all safety regulations
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
- keep up with peak production and service calmly and efficiently
- check that all food is presented and displayed per standards
- follow principles of sanitation and safety
- complete shift work in a timely manner
- perform other duties as assigned
