Job Requirements

Standing for extended periods
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Performing repetitive tasks with your hands
Physically capable of keeping up with the fast pace of a commercial kitchen environment
Maintaining consistent energy throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a baker or in a commercial kitchen preferred
Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for decorating
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Great customer service and communication abilities
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Job Duties

Develop, test, and refine new and existing recipes
Accurately measure and mix ingredients using mixers, blenders, ovens, and other bakery equipment
Bake and decorate a variety of goods including breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes
Ensure all products meet our quality and food safety standards
Interact with customers, take custom orders, answer product-related questions, and offer recommendations
Handle payments and maintain accurate order and delivery records
Keep production logs, inventory levels, and delivery schedules up to date
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use
