Job Duties

Prepare baked goods to the highest quality standards
Maintain bakery department conditions including cleanliness and safety
Manage ordering and inventory for bakery products
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Provide knowledgeable customer service and product expertise
Cross train in other bakery areas as needed
Work flexible hours according to store scheduling needs
