Job Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk 100 percent of time
occasionally lift up to 50 lbs when concentrating on dough production
frequently lift up to 40 lbs when concentrating on dough production
ability to replicate standard decorating designs using an icing bag
follow company attendance policy including timely arrival and calling off procedures
maintain uniform dress code and proper personal hygiene
work well with others and assist teammates as needed

Job Qualifications

Basic knowledge of weights and measures
ability to read, understand, and follow recipes
ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily

Job Duties

Mix dough and run cookies at the pace of the production line
inspect products to meet company standards for quality and appearance
package frozen cookies in a timely manner
follow company safety and sanitation policies using clean as you go techniques
rotate products to maintain and ensure freshness
decorate cookies following prescribed brand standards
consistently and accurately record information on the product control sheets
