Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work Monday through Friday
Availability to work early morning shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic math and measuring skills
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior baking or food preparation experience is a plus
Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

Prepare and bake cakes according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure consistency and quality in each batch of cakes
Operate baking equipment and maintain cleanliness in the work area
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in inventory management and ingredient ordering
Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive and efficient work environment
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
