Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting and moving bakery supplies
- committed to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- good communication skills
- passion for baking and customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- ability to decorate cakes and create desserts
- strong customer service skills
- good organizational and time management skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries
- produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- ensure baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- engage and interact with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- assist in adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
