Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- able to work varied hours and days including weekends and early mornings
- ability to pass a background check as applicable by law
- possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license where required
- meet company driving policy where applicable
- able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking experience is an asset but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is beneficial
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- bake and prepare authentic New York-style bagels and pastries
- stock bagel walls and pastry cases to ensure product availability
- assist in order taking and sandwich making during shifts
- maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- keep the store environment clean and safe for staff and customers
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service
- adhere to company policies and procedures
