ability to handle high volume baking tasks
availability to work flexible hours including weekends
physical ability to lift and move bakery supplies
commitment to quality and safety
basic math skills

Job Qualifications

previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
strong attention to detail
good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
effective communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

prepare ingredients for baking such as measuring and mixing doughs and batters
operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure product quality
package finished products for display and sale
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery work area
follow all health and safety regulations
assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
