Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- prior experience in a bakery or food service setting preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- decorate cakes and other baked goods to company quality standards
- engage with customers providing friendly, helpful service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- ensure baked goods meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- assist with stocking and inventory management of bakery products
- collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
