Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Passion for baking and customer service
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Good interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and improve baking skills

Job Qualifications

Previous baking experience is an advantage

Job Duties

Prepare a variety of breads, cookies, and pastries for sale
Bake and decorate cakes and specialty desserts
Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery display cases and shelves
Ensure all baked goods meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Engage with customers to provide friendly service and product knowledge
Assist in inventory management and restocking bakery items
