Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow all safety and health regulations
- Ability to operate baking equipment safely
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods following company recipes and standards
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers providing friendly service and product knowledge
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and communicate baking needs to supervisors
