Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and work areas
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all safety and food handling regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Assist in training new bakery staff when necessary
- Report any issues related to product quality or equipment malfunction
