Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
Passion for baking and customer service
Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous baking experience preferred but not required
Strong passion for baking and food preparation
Ability to use baking equipment safely and efficiently
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Decorate cakes and other baked goods to meet quality standards
Maintain display cases and shelves to ensure they are clean, organized, and well-stocked
Interact with customers delivering exceptional service and answering questions about products
Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient bakery operation
Assist in receiving deliveries and managing inventory of baking supplies
