Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license always preferred but only required at specific locations and meet the driving qualifications required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- good communication and customer service skills
- willingness to collaborate in a team setting
- passion for baking and food quality
- previous experience in baking or food service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
- work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain quality of food and beverages served
- keep a safe and clean store environment
- arrive early and prepare fresh bagels and pastries for the day
- assist with overall bakery operations and customer satisfaction
- participate in teamwork to uphold store standards
