Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in baking or pastry making preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to operate baking equipment safely
Good communication skills
Customer service orientation
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries meeting high quality and freshness standards
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts with attention to detail
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and effectively
Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
Ensure all baking processes comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
