Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- experience in baking or food preparation preferred but not required
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to follow detailed recipes and food handling procedures
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment
- prepare bagels and pastries early in the morning following company recipes and standards
- work collaboratively with team members to support smooth store operations
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- support inventory management by monitoring product stock levels
