Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license always preferred but only required at specific locations and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm for quality food production and customer service
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries daily starting as early as 3 AM
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adapt to varied working hours including early mornings and weekends
