Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking preferred
- Ability to use bakery ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications

- Previous baking experience preferred
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and specialty bakery items
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Interact positively with customers to provide excellent service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking bakery items
