high school diploma or equivalent
experience in commercial baking or pastry production
food handler certification or commitment to obtain
ability to stand for long shifts
lifting capability up to 50 lbs
reliable attendance
early morning shift availability

Job Duties

prepare mise en place
mix doughs
shape dough for proofing
