Job Requirements

minimum of high school education
basic knowledge of baking techniques preferred
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
strong manual dexterity and stamina for standing for extended periods
good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

prepare cake batter and recipes according to company standards
