Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior bakery or food preparation experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capable of lifting moderate weights
basic math skills
ability to follow instructions accurately
availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

experience in bakery or food production preferred
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
strong attention to detail
good physical stamina and dexterity
teamwork and communication skills
knowledge of food safety standards is a plus

Job Duties

prepare and bake a high volume of bakery product according to Costco formulas
maintain bakery cleanliness and organization
follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
package baked goods for distribution
assist with inventory management and stock rotation
collaborate with team members to meet production goals
