Job Requirements

- Relevant baking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure products meet high quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Engage and communicate with customers
- Assist fellow associates when needed
