Job Duties
- assist with dish upkeep
- take out trash and boxes
- constantly move throughout the kitchen
- execute required recipes using accurate and consistent methods
- ensure baked goods have an appealing finished product
- constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe adherence, production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
- regularly operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
- confirm all products meet our food safety and quality standards
- support team members including leadership
- exude positive attitude under stress
- maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- contribute to a fun and professional work environment
- ability to execute follow-through
