- Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts to company specifications
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and precision
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Interact with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and bakery shelves
- Monitor product freshness and quality control to meet standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking bakery supplies
