Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are always fresh and accurate
- adheres to product shelf life standards
- delivers consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing product showcase
- enhances customer service experience through a friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and following S.E.T. Principles
- supports speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently
- executes service recovery promptly for customer concerns
- listens carefully to concerns and apologizes when necessary
- follows all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment use
- monitors fridge and freezer inventory and submits orders
- prepares products minimizing food waste and records production data
- responds to product needs from the restaurant front
- assists in serving guests when necessary
- takes and records product and equipment temperatures
- cleans and maintains the production area
- follows all restaurant policies and procedures
- supports a clean and organized kitchen environment
- follows proper hand washing and sanitation techniques
- works in compliance with health and safety legislation
- follows safe work practices
- uses personal protective equipment
- reports injuries, unsafe conditions, or security incidents
- does not operate equipment in a dangerous manner
