Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work early morning or late evening shifts
Ability to operate baking equipment safely
Basic math skills
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Good manual dexterity and physical stamina

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous baking experience beneficial but not required
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
Decorate cakes with attention to detail
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely
Ensure bakery products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Engage with customers and provide exceptional service
Assist with inventory management and restocking
