Job Duties
- Follow proprietary recipes and production methods precisely
- operate commercial-grade mixers and ovens
- assist baker in preparing ingredients and equipment
- monitor baking process and ensure product quality
- package, label, and store baked goods correctly
- clean and sanitize workstations
- comply with health and safety guidelines and company policies
