Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior bakery or food preparation experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to lift moderate weights
adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
availability to work flexible hours
good communication skills

knowledge of bakery production techniques
ability to work in fast-paced environments
strong attention to detail
good customer service skills

Job Duties

Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
ensure high-quality standards are consistently met
maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery area
manage bakery inventory and supplies
provide customer service and product information
operate baking equipment safely and effectively
assist in training new bakery staff
