Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bakery or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Job Duties
- Prepare bakery products according to Costco recipes and formulas
- Bake high volumes of bakery items efficiently and consistently
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist in receiving and stocking bakery ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
