Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in bakery or food preparation is an asset
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to lift heavy items safely
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- good communication skills
- previous bakery or food preparation experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and work areas
- monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages
- follow food safety and health regulations
- assist in receiving and storing bakery supplies
- ensure quality control of finished bakery items
- collaborate with team members to meet production goals
