Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior baking or culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Bake the full line of cakes by diligently following the NbC recipes
  • Remove cakes from pans and properly package them
  • Put cakes in cooler and rotate stock per NbC standards
  • Complete a daily production sheet and share it with management
  • Track inventory of baked goods
  • Alert management to issues and maintenance needs for equipment
  • Order and receive groceries
  • Maintain refrigeration logs
  • Keep baking area, tables, equipment and tools clean and sanitized to local codes
  • Help with all kitchen clean up
  • Maintain and supervise the execution of all health code regulations
  • Assist other departments as needed and directed
