- ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- ability to lift heavy items and work on feet for long hours

Job Duties
- prepare and bake high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- mix doughs and batters accurately
- operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- decorate and package bakery items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist in inventory management of bakery supplies
