Job Duties
- prepare and bake high volume bakery products using standardized recipes
- perform related preparation and sanitation duties as required
- operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of bakery work areas and equipment
- adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- follow Bakery Manager’s instructions and contribute to team goals
