- ability to work nights and weekends
- physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods
- ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake high-volume bakery products using standardized recipes
- perform preparation and sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- adhere to food safety and hygiene standards including holding a valid Food Handler Card or equivalent
- assist with inventory management and stock rotation in the bakery department
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required
- comply with all store policies and procedures
