Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform standing, walking and kneeling
- Previous bakery experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery equipment and baking techniques
- Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake high volume bakery products using standardized recipes
- Perform related preparation and sanitation duties as required
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Lift heavy materials and bakeware as necessary
- Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Collaborate with the bakery manager and team to ensure product quality
