Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bakery or related field preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capacity to lift moderate weights
Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Adherence to Costco safety and hygiene standards
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Ability to prepare and bake bakery products according to standardized recipes
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Prior bakery or food production experience is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
Ensure all baked goods meet quality and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery work areas
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Assist with inventory management and restocking bakery supplies
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with members
