Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous bakery or food preparation experience
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
capability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Job Qualifications

previous experience in bakery production preferred
knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
teamwork and communication skills
physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties

prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
measure and mix ingredients accurately
operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
monitor baking processes and product quality
package finished bakery items appropriately
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
collaborate with bakery team to ensure production goals
