Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior baking or food production experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety guidelines and sanitation practices
Ability to operate restaurant production equipment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Prepare bakery items including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, and bagels
Maintain cleanliness of ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, and walls
Set up bakery cases for display
Follow food safety and sanitation standards including date marking
Fill and frost donuts
Stock donut cases during morning hours
Clean and organize the workstation and production area at the end of shifts
