Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
- Must be responsible and punctual
- Ability to follow safety and food safety regulations
- Must be resilient under pressure
- Must be able to learn and execute multiple tasks
- Ability to work well with others respectfully
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking or food production preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work independently and maintain punctuality
- Strong organizational and cleaning skills
- Ability to operate bakery and restaurant equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond positively to coaching and feedback
Job Duties
- Produce baked goods including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, and bagels
- Maintain production equipment including ovens, freezers, and bakery cases
- Follow all food safety standards including date marking and sanitation guidelines
- Finish donuts by filling and frosting, restock donut cases during morning hours
- Clean production areas and equipment at the end of shift
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of freezers and stock areas
- Follow brand recipes and systems consistently
